100th Employee

Clarke is delighted to welcome their 100th employee, Tommy Millar to the team!

Five months on from their big move to their new HQ on the Raceview Road, Clarke have achieved another milestone employing 100+ personnel across their Head Office, Site and Fabrication teams.

Celine Watson, Head of People and Culture at Clarke comments “We have grown rapidly over the past 12 months, not only in our people but across projects, clients, expertise and the investment into our new HQ. Our team has grown 47% since 2020, going from 73 employees to 108. At Clarke we are proud of our team, and their continued success and dedication to the Company”.

The new office development situated in Ballymena is home to their office and manufacturing branch of the business with advanced machinery and equipment, design, pre-construction, estimating and business support. The investment has enabled Clarke to springboard its growth and expansion whilst creating job opportunities in the local borough and further afield.
