The masterplan includes a new commercial square at the heart of the scheme, supporting local start-up businesses with flexible and affordable space close to Canning Town Station. The residential-led masterplan will deliver 800 new homes, including 400 affordable, over three phases.
Clarke have been appointed to complete the full envelope on Phase 1 comprising of 355 apartments split over 3 blocks. The façade features both unitised and traditional built envelope solutions.
