Our team are sociable and responsive, we value the chance to help our community both with action and fundraising. This is a vital part of our culture, fuelled by a remarkable team of employees who enjoy a challenge, from sponsored walks to marathons, spring cleans, volunteering in the community, raffles to quiz nights and coffee mornings.

Our people also love to do all things social. We have a dedicated team who organise group events and get-togethers to boost company morale and bring the Clarke culture into day-to-day activities. From running and walking groups to breakfasts and lunches, remote control car racing and team building activities to Christmas parties and festivities. We’ve a great team and one you’ll want to be part of!

Our HQ

Our new head office and offsite fabrication facility is state-of-the-art. Invigorated to house our office and manufacturing branch of the business with advanced machinery and equipment, design, pre-construction, estimating and business support teams, we’ve put our people at the core of our new premises!

Caring at Clarke

Clarke values their staff, and realises the importance of communication, community and teamwork.

The voluntary Caring at Clarke Team organise events that offer an opportunity for our staff from all departments to come together and enjoy different team-building activities with the aim to fostering a more dynamic and integrated workforce. Our teams have been involved in dragon boat races, summer staff BBQ’s, and pancake-flipping competitions to name a few.

We are also in the fortunate position to give back to our community, we partner with an employee-chosen charity annually and organise numerous fundraising events throughout the year. Charities we have partnered with previously include Childrens Heartbeat Trust and the N.I Air Ambulance.

Maintaining a family-oriented culture is a valuable aspect of company identity. This cultural focus can contribute to a supportive and close-knit work environment, enhancing team collaboration.

Clarke’s roots as a Company begin with family, this is a culture we aim to maintain.
