I joined Clarke in 2021 and my role as contracts manager consists of managing projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring delivery aligns with client programmes and agreed milestones.

I implement and adhere to the Project Management Plan (PMP) and Project Quality Plan (PQP), oversee contract negotiations and reviews, and ensure the Design Material Schedule (DMS) is accurately maintained. My role involves the day-to-day operational running of site(s), including health and safety, quality standards, and commercial performance. I actively contribute to value engineering opportunities to support cost control and work closely with clients to understand their expectations—providing solutions that reduce risk and add value. I also take a proactive, solution-focused approach from the tender stage to help set each project up for success.
