Life at Clarke
At Clarke we recognise the importance of health and wellbeing, communication, community and teamwork.
Our “Caring at Clarke Committee” organise regular social and wellbeing initiatives for all our staff to participate in, with the aim to foster a more dynamic and integrated workforce. Our teams have been involved in Christmas Hamper packing for the community, summer staff BBQ’s, and pancake-flipping competitions, Clarke Olympics’ Games, onsite gym competitions to name a few.
We are also in the fortunate position to give back to our community, we partner with an employee-chosen charity annually and organise numerous fundraising events throughout the year. Charities we have partnered with previously include Children’s Heartbeat Trust, N.I Air Ambulance and Macmillan Cancer.
Maintaining a family-oriented culture is a valuable aspect of company identity. This cultural focus can contribute to a supportive and close-knit work environment, enhancing team collaboration. Clarke’s roots as a Company begin with family, this is a culture we aim to maintain.
