Clarke is committed to providing apprentices with a well-rounded, comprehensive learning experience. This Apprenticeship programme will focus on giving apprentices the skills, knowledge, and professional support they need to succeed in their chosen career path.
The Apprentice Growth Academy has been designed with a structured plan throughout the apprenticeship, giving the apprentice the opportunity to rotate throughout various departments. This is alongside their studies to ensure a balanced, practical, and academic experience, where they will gain valuable experience and benefit from professional mentoring and guidance.
Each apprentice will rotate across different departments, engage in feedback activities, and be supported by mentors and departmental buddies to ensure holistic professional growth.
We also offer a large number of temporary and year-long placements and graduate opportunities to students to build on the job skills and enhance their learning whilst at local colleges or universities.
