In 2008, Paul became Design Manager, and by 2012, he had moved into the role of Technical Manager, later becoming Senior Technical Manager in 2016. Over the years, he has led design teams on a range of large-scale façade projects, with values from £2 million to £26 million.
Paul joined Clarke in 2021 as Technical Director, bringing over 15 years of experience in delivering complex and tailored façades.
Paul values teamwork, attention to detail, and clear communication, both internally and with clients, to ensure a successful project. He believes that early engagement with clients is the key to delivering façades that meet the brief, budget, and deadlines.
Paul is also a strong advocate for using new technologies, like AI, Virtual Reality, and digital tools, to improve how façades are designed and built. He sees these advancements as essential to creating smarter, more sustainable façades that can adapt to future needs.
