Longwater Avenue is a striking addition to Green Park in Reading, featuring two five-storey twin Grade A office blocks linked by a central feature. The project showcases bespoke facade design solutions developed in-house with supply chain partners, including tailor-made terracotta tiles and 22-meter full-height fins at both entrances, complementing the feature vestibules.

The scope of works for Longwater Avenue includes the installation of a Schueco silicone-glazed curtain walling system and terracotta rain-screen cladding, along with additional terracotta elements and vertical terracotta feature fins. AIM plinth upstand boards are also incorporated, alongside a 3mm aluminium tray panel system. The roofing scope covers the first-floor entrance canopies on both the East and West elevations, as well as the parapet stepback detail. EDM Spanwall louvre panels are utilised for screening the roof plant, while composite cladding is applied to the roof plant rooms.
