Since joining Clarke in 2004, I’ve been proud to play a key role in the company’s growth, delivering a wide range of high-profile projects that have shaped who we are today. With years of hands-on experience across the industry, I am now operations director for our repurpose division, a specialist area focused on giving existing buildings a new lease of life. My approach has always been rooted in practicality, adaptability, and delivering results. I believe in leading by example, and that mindset filters through every project and team I work with. Whether we’re tackling complex remediation works or modernising ageing structures, my focus remains the same: delivering quality outcomes safely, on time, and within budget, while exceeding client expectations.
