Clarke repurposed the existing Michelin Training Offices into our new Headquarters which is the base to our 140+ direct staff, new office suites, specialised offsite manufacturing facility, 6acres expansion site and a further 6000m2 fabrication and internal storage facility at the rear of our main office HQ.
Raceview Road has been fitted with a mix of SG Bonded Unitised panels, a third floor roof extension has been added to the site, Sto render, Kawneer window systems, Aluprof curtain walling and cladding by MSP. The projects existing structure has been reinforced and brought up to code ensuring a safe and sizeable building for our company and its future growth.
Our HQ’s specialised offsite fabrication facility is directly attached to the main HQ block.

Equipped with industry leading equipment our offsite manufacturing facility allows a more fluid and quicker approach to building envelope installation solving client and location problems such as access, time restraints, built up urban environments and finish.
