Clarke's Re:Mediate team carried out intrusive surveys to determine the remediation strategy. Replacing the full facade stripping back to the structural steel frame.
Replacement included a full facade replacement including brickslip, full aluminium pods and aluminium cladding replacement with render to the courtyard.
As with most re-cladding projects the building was fully occupied by students and maintained at 100% capacity throughout.
As principal contractor Clarke strive to manage the planning and execution of ours schemes to keep disruption to a minimum. As principal contractor we managed full planning, install, mobilisation and access to the project.
