Eden Campus

Eden Campus is a major mixed-use development in Kingston Upon Thames is set to be occupied by British-Dutch multinational consumer goods company Unilever. The overall masterplan includes 363,000 sq ft (GEA) of offices, a tall residential building and a flexible building providing parking for 354 cars (30% electric charging facility) and 450 cycle spaces. The proposed masterplan places the main BREAAM ‘Excellent’ rated 9-storey office building on the primary frontage facing the widened Eden Street. The Honey Building will have a strong architectural identity, with the form of the building continuing the curved profile of Eden Street.

Our Major Projects Division signed off on our biggest project to date; Unilever's Honey and Hive buildings in the Eden Campus, London. Delivering for McLaughlin & Harvey Ltd. With a total Façade coverage of 16,600m2 comprised of Traditional. Unitised, and Curtain walling. This is set to be a spectacular build and one we are immensely proud to be involved in.

Before & After

We have been working with our key supply chain partners WICONA Ireland and AGC INTERPANE to develop the stage one design. WICONA's ‘Hydro Circal’ aluminium is made with a minimum of 75% recycled, post-consumer scrap with a #carbonfootprint among the lowest in the world of 2.3kg CO2 p/KG of aluminium. No better partner for a project like this… A reinstated garden square at the heart of the site will also provide the only publicly accessible green space within 1km of the site, a further £2.8 million will be put towards public realm improvements to the area around Gloucester Road station.
