Latitude Purple sits on the previous site of Doncaster Monkbridge Iron and Steelworks. The UNCLE Leeds £68 million development includes two residential buildings at 17 and 21 storeys tall which sit over a single level of basement.
The Basement provides accommodation for parking (cars, motorbikes and bicycles), storage, MEP plant rooms and water tanks. The building at ground floor, beneath the podium deck, provides accommodation for parking, a substation on the south side of the building, and the main entrance and reception on the north side of the building.
This project is Sisk and HUB’s first residential development in Leeds and will deliver 463 homes. Clarke has been appointed to complete the full envelope.
The total façade works area is 17,000m2 of full through wall façade including SFS, window systems, brick slip and aluminium feature cladding.
Kawneer windows systems have been fitted and the Ash & Lacy brick slip finishes the project off, showcasing this remarkable project.
Latitude Purple was successfully completed in April 2024.
