I have now been at Clarke for 11 months in my role as Head of Factory . Clarke is a fantastic well-run company with an excellent focus on their employee's wellbeing, development and progression opportunities. Overall a great team throughout and I am very excited about the vision the company has going forward.
A successful head of factory must have excellent technical skills such as leadership, quality control, inventory management and great interpersonal skills. We believe Eamon embodies these skills and we are proud to have him as part of our team.
