Our Major Projects Division specialise in‘Unitised’ Façades. A modern method of construction (MMC). Unitised workflows have many advantages due to fabrication of panels offsite and later installed in batches. Time savings and site efficiency is one of the biggest advantages due to labour hours being spent in the factory and site only requires installation teams and overall reducing durations to the project programme. Unitised can also be used in challenging/built up site environments as heavy scaffolding and temporary works are not always required to install. Unitised Fabrication can occur months ahead of project installation dates and site access is granted to the Façade Teams. Ideally utilised within projects where access can be limited or design scope can be bespoke/unique.
