Clarke are delighted to be appointed facade contractor on McAleer & Rushe scheme, Bedford Square phase 2 which comprises of a combined development of over 213,000 sq.ft lettable grade A office accommodation. The £85m investment in the heart of Belfast city centre is a great location for office space with close proximity to Belfast City Hall, transport hubs and the city centre.

This second phase will complete the original masterplan and complement the first phase built in 2010 which is home to Invest NI Headquarters. This development is a prime location for businesses looking for state of the art office accommodation. When fully occupied, the 17-storey development will house 2,000+ employees in an open plan workplace environment.

Clarke Offsite, the fabrication branch of the business will be constructing a mock-up panel of the key elements and interfaces of this scheme.
