Off to Leeds with Latitude Purple appointment!

After a successful pre-construction period, Clarke have been appointed by John Sisk and Son to deliver the full building envelope on HUB’s first residential development in Leeds.
Working on behalf of  Sisk, the £68m development on the previous site of Doncaster Monkbridge Iron and Steelworks consists of two residential buildings at 17 and 21 storeys tall. Our scope of work includes 4500m2 of SFS, 6500m2 of brick-slip cladding, 9100m2 of glazing works and 5000m of aluminium feature bands.
